The Veteran Ashram

For Our Brothers And Sisters In Arms

The Veteran Ashram aims to provide mindfulness practices like yoga, meditation, and breathwork to veterans free of charge to the financial disadvantaged/ veterans rated disabled 50% or greater. There is a sliding pay scale for veterans who can pay for services. Also, this is done slowly so everyone can participate; this will not be like boot camp. All experience levels are welcome, and we offer individual and group sessions. All sessions are done via Zoom or in person (depending on location, such as the greater Nashua, NH area).
