Our Services
Discounted and free yoga, meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness training are available for all service members, veterans, first responders, and medical professionals. These practices are an excellent tool for stress relief and emotional regulation. All sessions are conducted via Zoom or in person (depending on location, the greater Nashua, NH area). These practices are free for disadvantaged veterans, and we have a sliding pay scale for veterans and military personnel who may find it difficult to afford such services (please see The Veteran Ashram project), $12 for first responders and $15 for medical professionals.

Individual Pricing

Yoga
A combination of asanas (postures) that help the body and mind sync with each other. Allowing for relaxation, flexibility, and strength to be achieved. This is done via Zoom or in person (depending on location, such as the greater Nashua, NH Area). $12-$60, sliding scale depending on one’s situation or occupational status.
Meditation
This is the observation of our internal environment to the external one. Achieved by different styles of meditation, we focus on Shamatha (calm abiding)/ Vipassana (insight) / zazen (sitting meditation), walking meditation, Yoga Nidra, and body scans. $10-$15 per 30-minute session or $15-$30 for a 1-hour session. All sessions are done via Zoom or in person (depending on location, such as the greater Nashua, NH Area).
Mindfulness
This is the observation and attempt to return to the present moment. We will discuss the barriers to being present and coach you to use techniques such as yoga, meditation, and breathwork to center yourself and arrive in the here and now. The fee is $30 per 30-minute session or $50 for a one-hour session. All sessions are conducted via Zoom or in person (depending on location, such as the greater Nashua, NH Area).
Breathwork
Breathwork fosters a sense of peace in the body and positively impacts heart rate variability (HRV). It reduces cortisol levels, improves sleep quality, improves mood, and reduces stress levels. Sessions last 30 minutes to one hour and cost $15 to $30, respectively. All sessions are done via Zoom or in person (depending on location, such as the greater Nashua, NH Area).
